Use zzo.ai in Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor (MCP)

Connect zzo.ai to your AI assistant and ask it to make videos and images. It uses the same credit balance and the same prices as the website: nothing extra per call, no subscription.

    Create an API key

    Open Settings → API Keys and create a key. Copy it right away; it starts with sk_.

    Copy the config for your app

    Pick your app below and replace sk_your_key with your key.

    Paste it and ask

    Restart the app, then ask, for example: "Make a 5-second 720p video of a lighthouse at dusk with zzo.ai. Tell me the price first."

Run this in a terminal. Add --scope user to use it in every project.

Limits that protect your balance

An agent can loop. These limits stop it from spending more than you meant to:

Change your daily limit in Settings → API Keys.
  • Each request costs at most 1,500 credits.
  • Keys spend at most 3,000 credits a day (UTC) in total. You can lower this for your account.
  • At most 5 generations run at the same time.
  • Failed generations are refunded automatically, the same as on the website.

Questions

Does a generation cost more through MCP?

No. The price is the same as on the website, and it comes out of the same credit balance.

What happens when my balance runs out?

The generate tool returns an error with a link to the pricing page, and nothing is charged. Buy a credit pack and try again; credits never expire.

Can I animate my own image?

Yes, give the assistant a public https link to the image. Uploading files directly through MCP isn't supported yet.

What if my key leaks?

Delete it in Settings → API Keys; it stops working at once. The daily limit caps what any key can spend in the meantime.
