本当にサブスクはないのですか？買い切りとは違いますか？

はい、サブスクはありません。zzo.aiが販売しているのは、1回ごとに購入するクレジットパックだけです。自動で更新されるものはなく、解約するプランもありません。ただし、一度払えばずっと使えるソフトウェアのような「買い切り」とは違います。購入したクレジットは生成するたびに消費され、なくなったら必要な分だけまた購入する仕組みです。

クレジットに有効期限はありますか？翌月に持ち越せますか？

有効期限はありません。使い終わるまでアカウントに残るので、来週使っても来年使っても構いません。月ごとにリセットされることもありません。

動画の生成に失敗したらどうなりますか？

生成が失敗した場合、タイムアウトした場合、またはモデルのコンテンツフィルターで拒否された場合は、クレジットが自動で残高に戻ります。

クレジットパックは返金できますか？

できます。購入から14日以内で、そのパックのクレジットを1つも使っていなければ返金の対象です。パックのクレジットを1つでも使うと、そのパックは返金できなくなります。詳しくは返金ポリシーをご覧ください。
