用 AI 生成视频一定要开会员吗？

不一定。不少平台以包月会员为主，但在 zzo.ai 上不用开任何会员：买一次积分包就能用所有模型，生成一次扣一次积分。

真的没有包月、不会自动续费吗？

真的没有。zzo.ai 只卖一次性的积分包，不会自动续费，也没有要取消的连续包月。

积分会过期、会清零吗？

不会。积分永久有效，不清零，一直留在你的账户里，下周用、明年用都可以。

包月会员和按次扣积分有什么区别？

包月会员每个月固定扣钱，换一份当月额度，没用完的积分通常到期就清零。按次扣积分是先买一次积分包，生成一条扣一条，不用就不花钱。每个月都用得很多，会员可能更划算；用得少或不固定，按次扣积分更省。

只想偶尔做几条视频，开会员划算吗？

通常不划算。会员每条便宜，前提是每个月把额度用满；用不完的部分等于白付。偶尔做几条，买一个积分包、按次扣积分更合适，积分留着下次接着用。

可灵会员和不开会员有什么区别？

按可灵海外版（kling.ai）的价格页：不开会员也能单独买积分，买的积分两年内有效；但无水印下载、商用和 1080p 都要开会员。具体以可灵自己的页面为准，我们核对的日期见 AI 视频成本页。在 zzo.ai 上用可灵 4.0 不用开会员，每条都能无水印下载。

生成失败会扣积分吗？

不会。生成失败、超时，或者被模型的内容过滤拒绝，积分都会自动退回你的余额。

积分包能退款吗？

可以。购买后 14 天内，只要这个积分包里的积分一个都没用过，就能退款。只要用过其中任何积分，这个积分包就不能退了。详见退款政策。

同一份积分，所有模型都能用吗？

能。一份余额，网站上所有视频和图片模型都能用，价格都一样。

用什么付款？能用当地货币吗？

价格以美元计。可以用 Visa、Mastercard、Apple Pay 或 Google Pay 付款。付款页会按你所在地显示当地货币，汇率里含 2–4% 的换汇费；税费在付款页另算，付款前会显示。
