Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Zzo.ai and all AI-powered generation, editing, upload, download, and sharing features on our platform. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content — Sexual and Adult Material

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content of any kind
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-only content
• Content that is sexually suggestive, including nudity, undressing, or explicit poses
• Sexual content involving minors or young-looking persons under any circumstances
• Content promoting sexual exploitation, sexual coercion, or non-consensual acts

3. Prohibited Content — Violence and Harmful Material

• Graphic violence, gore, or glorification of harm to persons or animals
• Promotion of terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
• Instructions or depictions of weapons of mass destruction
• Content that incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group

4. Deepfakes, Impersonation, and Real People

You may not use Zzo.ai to create or distribute content involving real people that:

• Constitutes a deepfake intended to mislead, defame, or impersonate
• Depicts any real person in a sexual or adult context without their explicit consent
• Creates false endorsements, fabricated statements, or fake interviews
• Misrepresents a celebrity, public figure, or private individual

5. Illegal Use

You may not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, including:

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive commercial activity
• Harassment, threats, or targeted intimidation
• Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

6. Intellectual Property

You may not:

• Infringe another party's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
• Use the service to create counterfeit or brand-confusing material
• Generate content that reproduces copyrighted characters, artwork, or brands without authorization

7. Platform Security

• No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass platform safeguards
• No malware, malicious code, or harmful files
• No attempts to evade usage limits, content moderation, or billing controls

8. Content Moderation

All user-supplied prompts for AI image or video generation are screened by automated moderation systems before a generation request is sent to an underlying model. Prompts that are denied or flagged as violating this policy will be blocked and will not be processed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Enforcement

We may review content, investigate potential violations, remove material, limit or terminate access, cancel subscriptions, and cooperate with legal requests when necessary to protect users, third parties, and the platform.
