Serra is an AI-driven search platform designed specifically for recruiters. It leverages GPT technology to enable natural language queries, eliminating the need for manual keyword selection and individual candidate review. Recruiters can simply input their requirements in plain English, and Serra instantly presents the most suitable candidates, complete with comprehensive background research.

  1. First, we open the Serra official website, If you don't login, it will redirect to the login page. (I don't found their Landing page). Recommend to use Google account login.(faster).

  2. After login, it will redirect to the home page, as shown below:

Serra's goal is to help you find better and more relevant candidates quickly using natural language search. We do this by creating a search engine that uses vectors and has access to about 1 billion candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, and Github.

🔍 Searching happens in three steps:

  1. You start by typing who you want to find.   2. After that, you can check the keyword filters that are generated. You can change things like "Past Job Titles" or "Funding Stage," or you can just use the filters that Serra provides automatically.

  3. Finally, you can relax and let Serra handle the rest! We take your search details, show you the results, and rank them based on how well they fit your needs. We also provide summaries for each profile and explain why they appeared in your search results.
